I did some research and discovered that Justin Beiber’s Baby video is the top played of all time with almost 600 million views. If all ELFs work together, I think we can beat this no problem. Here is the math breakdown:

The video can be played by one person (one computer) 288 times in 24 hours. To do this, the video must be put in a playlist and left open to play continuously (I also “like” the video every time it refreshes when I am at my computer). I have a mac, and it does not go to sleep when it is in a playlist, so it even plays all night, but everyone would need to make sure their computer does not go to sleep when left alone.

To beat 600 million views, with ELFs each watching the video 288 times a day, it would take:

2,083,334 ELFs to beat the record in one day.

1,041,667 ELFs to beat the record in two days.

694,445 ELFs to beat the record in three days.

520,833 ELFs to beat the record in four days.
